No matter what you believe politically, we all can not help but recognize there are a lot of people in need. Whether they have arrived here unprepared for their journey, or they have suffered from a natural disaster people are hurting. We also have seen a lot of press lately that there are a lot of brand new items that retailers are dumping into landfills, because they don't have a way to direct them to good causes. States are beginning to mandate tracking manufactured products cradle to grave. So, why not build an engine for good? That's our new Love Bigger platform!
MEET JEN HEARD
Meet our Founder & CEO - Jen Heard - a professional organizer for over 25 years, and very familiar with charity operations, Jen realized that so many retailers were dialing for dollars to find someone to take unsold items. And charities have had inventory management pressures for years, not to mention trash disposal costs raging on due to unusable donations. Love Bigger was built to help solve these problems while assuring vetted organizations with boots on the ground in local communities receive just in time delivery of items they can place in service to immediate needs. Transportation has always been an issue for many charities, so Love Bigger is aiming to solve this conundrum as well.
Jen loves dogs, and resides in Rochester Hills, MI with her partner in life - Rick - and near to her daughter Cori.
SEEKING CORPORATE PARTNERS!
We are currently seeking Michigan-based or national retailers or manufacturers who have surplus items that could be of benefit to local charities, with or without the means to deliver them to charity locations.
We are seeking charities who can provide proof of their veracity - over 2 years of tax returns - as well as being vetted on various charity review sites.
